Pros

Harris was a great learning opportunity. I was exposed to many things that in most other companies I would never had the opportunity to participate in such as M&A activities including due diligence. I learned a lot from the "good financial discipline brings good business discipline philosophy" of Harris. I knew I learned quite a few things at Harris but I didn't really realize how much I learned until working in a new position outside of Harris. Their unique way of running business units (divisions) as their own mini corporations gave alot of autonomy as a leader at the business unit level that you do not have in any other 10,000+ employee company. (CSI)

Cons

In my opinion, as a leader at Harris it takes about 3 years to "get Harris" and their unique business methodologies. It is a totally unique business model in a large public company. (CSI). While it is a plus, and a strength, it is also the biggest challenge.

I couldn't be happier with my time here at Harris. This team really knows how to build a great work culture. I joined Harris (Picis) not only for their reputation in the software space, but because I heard what a great culture their management provided. I have not been disappointed.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about this team. Great keadership
