We definitely manage by numbers. Numbers tell a story and that story helps us make decisions. Our total compensation package is competitive and our philosophy is different than many organizations. We make a higher investment in benefits, culture and development and thus our base compensation is not above market. We are conducting compensation analysis to ensure we stay competitive.
