      Pretty much redneck place, not a diversified work force place to reflect Houston, Harris County area.

      Pros

      In Houston Area and decent retirement, if you get chance to work being minority, despite your high qualification and experience.

      Cons

      Applied many time and seem to qualify more than minimum qualifications. they never call for interview unless your name is Anglo sounding names. They keep advertising. Either they are inefficient hiring process and or not hire qualified minorities. Who you know counts to get hired.
