Pros

Good Benefits, excellent retirement plan, good people, flexible schedule. Harris County is a good place to work. If you are a new lawyer, the experience you get here is very beneficial to your future career.

Limited opportunities for advancement, pay scale is limited, the performance reviews are arbitrary or non existent. The ability to cross train is not always present and your skill set can be limited by the scope of the work.
