      Pros

      Good pay and benefits for management. Working with a lot of different people allows you to make lifelong contacts.

      Cons

      You will have to work for everything that you go after. Work life balance is non existent in certain areas of the company. Too many bosses trying to tell you what to do instead of allowing you to use your experience to run stores.

      I was told that I was an excellent worker, and I was treated as if I were highly valued, until I spoke out against someone breaking the rules. i was bullied out of a job by refusing to work with me after i had filed for disability status with them. i strongly suggest that you do not apply for/accept a job there. i hate to say this, but you are better off applying anywhere else--and all of this is coming from a hard-working, dedicated employee. oh, and do not expect to be adequately compensated. management will lie on your evaluation so the company does not have to shell out too much money for raises for deserving employees. i have never posted on here before, but my experience was so bad that i felt a responsibility to do so.

      PROS (since i filled out this form backwards and already listed CONS: fellow employees (versus those higher up in the company were mostly super helpful and friendly.
