sometimes not enough hours, random shifts every week, always trying to make the customer happy

Weaker pay compared to most of its competitors, no yearly raise/evaluation, some weak store management choices (thank god the worst of our store managers left, sadly one got promoted and got her own store, glad I don't work there). Service Excellence propaganda, we are expected to take a lot of crap from costumers and bend over backwards for them while accomplish all duties, requests from manages, requests from customers and cleaning up messes that we did not cause. Problem with this is that work can become extremely overwhelming over an extended period of time, cause strain to most of my coworkers as well as I. Not enough people on deck, many quitting due to the standards and pay not being worth the work.
