Pros
I can't complain personally about the career opportunities and salary. Although one would always like to make more money. I've established myself and have worked my way up. There is room for advancement for people that have the aptitude.
Cons
Generally concerned with the direction the company is headed. There seem to be more VP's than managers. Executive level management seems top heavy. The pandemic triggered record sales years in 2020 and 2021. The average person would have know that the extremely rapid growth, was not sustainable. However, executive level leadership were blinded by their fat bonuses and had unrealistic expectations. Sales have been declining since 2022. The business positioned themselves for growth, but seems to have made no adjustments in strategy, organizational structure to better align with the more realistic trajectory of the business. Health benefits and 401k are terrible.
