Pros
Food in cafe is good, they have Starbucks. Pay is pretty decent. Sometimes you get an annual bonus. Usually there’s a 2% (2.2?) hourly raise every year which is automatic.
Cons
Favoritism. Lateral bullying/manipulation Not friendly to Haven participants. Everybody knows you’re with Haven which is not right, it’s the principle, that should be private. Don’t call out or life will be made miserable for you. Benefits only cover SVMC and HHC doctors. Takes 2 years for them to match your 401k at 50%? Or 100% which is probably typical anywhere else.
