Pros

There is lots of training available.

Cons

They bring you into this company promising that you will have a manageable workload. They then slowly ramp you up, and then hit you with a full workload with a ton of bricks. They tell you you will have about 20 claims a month in the field but regularly give you about double that. With a 200 mile plus driving radius. With documentation requirements that surpass any primary carrier. When anything is said to management, they just make excuses and tell the employees essentially to suck it up. There are also way too many meetings that eat up valuable time. These are not easy claims and the client companies seem to constantly fight you on coverage denials.

Pros

Large product availability, a lot to learn about a many facets of the industry. Many internal training tools available on to use on your own time.

Cons

Outdated technology, poor investment in employee morale, shifting job descriptions with no communication. Low pay and unreliable bonus structure, boys' club type leadership.

Pros

The company advances and demotes an individual quickly. Partly because they are quick to make decisions without looking at the whole picture.

Cons

company culture is not the best. Very click-ish and more about who you know rather than what you know. A lot of people are overlooked because of this.
