Lack of training , old technology, Ofcourse the good ole’ boys . There’s is no upward mobility and can be stagnant.

If you want a high stress low reward environment this is the place. Decent training and development but it can't lead to anywhere and hard to tradition the minimal skills you learn to other product lines in other companies.

Cons

Company main product line is almost irrelevant. Low pay compared to other insurers. There is no room for growth as the lifers are just coasting.

Constant pressure to be perfect every day. too many meetings, nepotism, upper management not fixing glaring problems that have existed for years.
