Talented, caring people working directly with clients

Cons

Horrible Executive Leadership. Anti-sales focus, with a goal of compliance not commitment. If you dare demonstrate any degree of push back or courage you are punished. Really disappointing, for Harvard University to own a operating with such backwards leadership.

anti-sales culture with virtually no brand awareness and marketing outreach to build business. Sales is also the target and scapegoat for company problems and unfairly targeted by other departments
