Pros

Great combination of colleagues and management that exhibit a high level of intellect and commitment to the success of the company. Everybody's voice is heard, from long tenured employees to recent hires.

Cons

Not a con- but to be more encouraged for teams to coexist and work together even more

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that work culture and opportunity for learning continue to keep you engaged after 10+ years. As you mentioned, one of the residual effects of our growth is the challenge of staying connected with colleagues in different areas of the company. We are actively seeking new ways to encourage collaboration and the integration of different functions and businesses across the organization. If you have any other feedback you would like to share, send an email to feedback@harvardbusiness.org.

Pros

Collaborative Respectful – of others, of differing thoughts and of Work-Life balance Supportive – of differences, of learning and growth Great training - outside technical training is supported, and excellent interpersonal and "soft skills" training is brought in house, so that cross functional groups gain a common language and skillset. Engaging – it is a conscious effort to provide new opportunities for professional growth Efficient – not a lot of red tape or dead ends. Things get accomplished!

Cons

As the company has grown, it takes more of an effort to stay connected with coworkers in other groups. This is easy to do, as people are very receptive. And it is a good challenge to have- it shows that there are really great people here that you want to stay in contact with.
