Pros

The people are smart, the benefits are excellent, and I genuinely feel that the company cares about me and my growth. I hope to stay here for a long time.

Cons

Parking is difficult, but we are moving to a new building next year so that should be taken care of.

Pros

They had great seminars for the interns, exposing us to the various aspects of the company and we got to meet and interact with different people in different roles.

Cons

Commute was a long and tiring.

Pros

Small business, great culture, fun team building workshops, weekly meetings helped to resolve any floating issues. The CEO has an open office. Decent work/life balance

Cons

The communication between teams was lacking. The commute is not always easy, as HBP is located in Watertown, MA. Small gym and cafeteria.
