Pros

Opportunity to work with some of the best minds in business and a global brand leader. Some great people who really care about the mission of the company and work collaboratively to move projects forward.

Cons

Terrible leadership. For a company that makes its living on management content they are one of the worst led companies.

Pros

Strange focus on internal politics. No leadership or decision making abilities. Harvard brand covers a lot of evils and is a big problem

Cons

Terrible work environment - always placing blame instead of addressing challenges. Employees are not valued at all and culture is blame game
