Harvard administrative jobs are great for people coming in at the Director level or above and know the ins and outs (and frustrations) of working in higher ed. For everyone else, those looking for a pretty secure administrative desk job with decent benefits will consider Harvard a great environment. Mobility can be found, but it's glacially slow by today's standards, and extremely political.

Not many it was a basic 9 - 5 job with no perks or benefits only good thing I could think of was the facility was nice
