Pros

Amazing training, even when INSANELY busy. Management is awesome. Staff pulled from other locations to help. I can see they operate as a family. Menu changes seasonally. Everything is under 500 calories. Great room for advancement.

Cons

None so far. Bad weekend to train aha. But I’m learning 10x faster. So I guess it’s a pro as well?

Great learning experience, but ultimately the company gets outgrown quite often.

Pros

Great place to learn valuable skills, there are some truly amazing and talented individuals. A sense of "family" is instilled among most of the working body of the company.

Cons

Pay is not very good, a lot of people leave due to precisely this reason and a consistent application of avoidance techniques by corporate management, also corporate likes to use the sense of "family" at times as a manipulation tool.
