Good, have only spent a quarter year and have seen 3-4 people going onsite. I Guess growth opportunities are good.

Pros

Open door policy, can approach an employee or a director directly for any queries. Management encourages on getting more certifications and knowledge and sponsors the same. Complimentary lunch saves a lot of money. Talking about money, good appraisal policy. Work from home options if needed. HR is always approachable whenever needed. A compitency manager who helps in getting certification both financially and professionally.

Cons

Not much cons so far, it would be good if the timesheets and attendance process were more smoother.
