Pros

Personally, I have made some good friends and few senior are really knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Apart from this, I don't find any pros in this company.

Cons

• No training given to freshers and are expected to perform like Einstein. • Company doesn’t take responsibility of their employees and can terminate without any prior notice . • The company believes in being complete unfair as far as packages are concerned. More of the priority is given to the grads coming from the college as same of the CEO. • The father of the CEO thinks he has a big role to play in the organization which he doesn’t actually have. Being a renowned person, he should have the basic ethics and etiquettes as in what to talk, with whom to talk and where he needs to be quiet. To understand this difference is a big task for him. They don't respect their employees and talk all gibberish in front of the Engineering graduates ( who are being trained at the TRAP school) against the current employees of the company • So, a Trap School located in Amritsar is being controlled by this organization in which the students have been promised to deliver genuine training and future placement to the organization but are being fooled and lurked away at the real time. • The senior person of the Devops team is very uncooperative with the freshers of the company and approaches the female employees in an inappropriate way for which the company has given warnings as well but no strict actions have been taken yet. • The highest management of the company is so judgmental that an employee sitting on his work station and surfing for like hours is fine with them, but at the same time an employee going out for tea breaks pinches him. • Overall this company is a mis-managed mess where proper eye is kept on the snacks which are kept in the pantry for the employees and even a single biscuit is kept in a locker saved drawer.

Pros

There are none, you are just going to waste your career in Hashmap India. It would be a lot better if you join some other company then Hashmap India.

Cons

1. Hashmap India will make your life at office horrible. Top Management doesn't know how to value their employees and behave as if they are dictators. 2. Horrible policies. 3. There is lot of negativity in the environment with very bad culture. 4. Not much of technical growth, you can learn and grow a lot better in other Big Data firms. You miss out on lot of advanced knowledge and deep understanding. 5. They don't value your work and only carry out favors to some of the employees who are probably very good at wagging their tails. 6. Hashmap India started pretty well but hired very inexperienced and immature management which just made the company worst instead of making it better. 7. A lot of people are hired who were just Big Data trainers earlier and have 0 hands on experience, and doesn't know a thing when it comes to debugging any issues. 8. Horrible salary structure and Tax deductions, you can't ask for increment letter as they will deny it straight, as if it costs a lot to type one single increment letter or they are really scared of mentioning your increment on a piece of paper or mail. 9. No employee benefits. 10. I regret joining this company, when I had an option of joining some other firm.

Pros

The only pro I found in this company were few good colleagues who were genuinely very helpful.

Cons

1.No training on the new technologies. Employees are being forced to deliver the projects within a week of self learning. No guidance. 2.Only one stable project. Sometimes, they remove the employees from that project, sometimes they force the people on work on that project. 3.They hire people for some other technology and while working, they switch their technology by their own will. And If the employee is not willing to work on that technology, they straightaway fire them but (*conditions are always there*).The employees who come from the college of the CEO have the benefit to say "NO" but not the others. 4.No Salary Standard. The salary of the lateral employees having experience is way less than the salary of fresher’s coming from the same college as of the CEO. 5.No perks and benefits to the former employees. Even the appraisal system is so poor. They don’t care about their employees. 6.Lots of politics in the team itself, even few of the managers also support this. 7.The company is full of judgmental people. They behave sweetly on your face but acts in a very weird way behind your back. No one to trust in this organization. 8.There is no track record of leaves in the company, there are people who take more holidays but have no one to say anything especially for the ones who came from the same college as of CEO but for the other employees, their medical leave or other leave will be considered as a crime. 9.No employee engagement activities. 10.No structure, no hierarchy, no HR. Employees are confused from whom they should ask for leaves, whose words matter. 11. No cafeteria
