An amazing work culture

Pros

As a cloud data engineer I got a really great opportunity to work on trending techs like snowflake, GCP and tools like Nifi, talend etc. Below are the pros: Mangers are really good with their work. Will get opportunity to work latest Trending techs. Management is employee friendly. Snacks and Lunch facility for all employees. Appraisal is also good based on your performance.

Cons

There are few cons about hashmap earlier related to managing on bench resources, but now they have came up with competency managment team who always guid, encourage for doing POCs or certification in case if you get on bench (which is rare).

All the team mates are good

Cons

they will sack you whenever they feel like, they dont have any planning first they hire and then they fire HR takes pride in terminating resources, India Sr Management is not at all bothered of getting business to India but if anything positive happens he will take credit high on ego and micro management
