      - great culture - Professional inclusive working environment - Good management and overall well run company - Employee owned company encouraging owners like thinking in share holders. Company benefits by employees' owners like work attitude when conducting his/her duties, employees are rewarded by a share in the business profit.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to work on real-life projects, including traditional engineering ones but also cutting edge innovation that hasn't been done before. Low barriers across departments so you can pretty much work across disciplines and be involved in something new outside your formal department. Flexible work at home and timing as long as you communicate with your manager.

      Cons

      Long hours, high expectations to perform, have to multitask across several projects ,client pressure, no overtime pay.
