      Pros

      It's a good place to work and learn how and engineering consulting firm works. Overall good salary, lot's of team building activities, great workplace environment. People are always available to help if you need it.

      Cons

      The problem lies with the management, they don't really seem to care that much about their employees. They are not really proactive towards employees' workload issues and it's clear that it's not their priority. They seem to think that when problems arise, they'll solve by themselves. And higher you go in the hierarchy, the less they care.
