      Depending on which group you are hired into and who is your manager, the company can offer a lot of learning opportunities. Depending on which group you are in, there are lots of flexibility in terms of how you define your role.

      Cons

      Below market pay and no career advancement opportunities after about 3~4 years. High chargeability pressure. If you are in a wrong group, then the work is pretty tedious, the pay is low and job stability is low. Being a private company, nepotism and cronyism is rampant, and young, talented people who start at the company without any connection will struggle to succeed. Many people with 5-10 years of technical experience left or are leaving. The company is filled with seniors who are acting as busy bodies and young people fresh out of university doing technical work that are way beyond their core competency.
