Pros

Great culture and helpful project team members looking to develop young engineers. Great focus on training and attaining Chartered Professional Engineering status.

Cons

Not much opportunity to move around the world through other Hatch offices. Also, the focus for graduate engineers is on projects rather than introduction of different areas of engineering.

Pros

- Very steady. People are nice. - I recall they had a policy where no one really got laid off during a downturn. Everyone just took a pay cut.

Cons

- Granted I was one year out of university but the work wasn't terribly challenging - Slow pace for someone more used to faster environments - I caught a couple of my bosses looking for other jobs on monster.com
