      Hatch has a great culture created by people that always make themselves available to tackle challenges and help one another accomplish their goals. You can throw your hand up and try new work assignments if you're willing to be patient.

      Cons

      Hatch unfortunately, has decided, like most employers, to make staffing decisions around D&I criteria rather than on merit alone. Otherwise, great company through and through.
