      Pros

      Very large company with majority in canada and outside US. lots of large complex projects in fast paced environment with knowledgeable staff in specific fields. Lots of opportunity in many industries if you can travel frequently

      Cons

      Some projects with less resources and you feel overworked. No employee stock ownership. More experienced engineers leave after few years because of lack of competitive pay, lack of adequate resources. average benefits compared to other similar companies. lack of transparency into company performance and employee performance criteria is unclear

      Pros

      I have been at hatch for over a year and it has been great. Being new to the engineering world Hatch has welcomed me with open arms. They have provided me the tools and knowledge to be able to be a productive member of the team. With great resources and procedures available we can provide the best for our clients.

      Cons

      Not to much that I can complain about. One thing I will say is pay is not competitive, many other companies offer more for less experience. Its a choice you have to make, leave and make more money or stay with room to grow with the possibility of more pay down the road.
