      Very easy to learn a lot with many opportunities but have pitfalls

      Many smart engineers and projects to learn from Very technically challenging Many variance in opportunities

      Cons

      Depending on group, many unrecognized ot (no bank, pay, or reflection in bonus) For example, I worked from 8am to 8pm for a month on a particularly demanding project and got nothing in return, with a week of staying up till 12pm working within that (worst month) but in general typically work 50 hour weeks with no banked time, pay, or fair reflection in bonus Culture is to work yourself to the ground with no tangible compensation Expected to regularly work extra as a "passion" for work

      - exposure to wide variety of technical and engineering challenges - opportunity to bridge technical engineering and management/strategy consulting - opportunity to travel internationally for site work

      Company run by clueless executives that lack the industry knowledge

      People and culture used to be good

      Cons

      Executives have moved up by being born into the company. Aside from one or two projects, lack they interest to keep up to date what is important for clients. Encourage bait and switch on clients and one of the executives is outright rude and swears and yells at the staff publically.
