Pros

Interesting projects, opportunity to work with some pretty smart people.

Cons

New grad compensation is decent, but quickly falls below market for experience level. The way to actually get paid here is to become a shareholder, but the process is very opaque and seems to favour the head office in Ontario. If you don't get in as a shareholder, there's no real path to being compensated for skills & experience.

Irresponsable managers

Business Outlook

Pros

Workplace in downtown Montreal. Close to everything.

Cons

- Irresponsable managers that will lie to you and exploit you. - Toxic culture and over promoting their manifesto. - Unclear expectations at work. People will talk behind your back and they will will not confront you. - Understaffed and overworked. No training available. - Workplace not flexible. They change their policies without asking anybody, expecting people to come to the office 5 times a week.
