Poor PTO Needs more education and more advancement such as training opportunities or financial support for further schooling. Burnout

Great pay w/ overtime; new leadership (CEO Abby H) seems to be trying to improve relationships/culture/communications; convenient to public transportation & major roadways; small staff in Admissions Dept that were competent

Cons

Re-do the staff-to-patient ratio grid so that there will be less understaffing on shifts Need late evening housekeeping and early morning housekeepers (to start at 6am) Unit clerk should also start at 6 am so that the Nursing station is in order when the 7 am staff arrive
