Pros

Decent commission structure you won't be micromanaged opportunity to grow your customer base not a very demanding job high ticket items and inhome designs help drive ticket up quality of furniture is easy to preach to potential customers

Cons

whether the furniture is damaged or not is out of your control have to travel for training which is unnecessary and wastes a lot of company money commissions and spiffs get increasingly worse year by year depending on area, may only get a few UPs a day 1 cancer can ruin the entire floors morale insane delivery charges that are very hard to justify company doesn't seem willing to adapt and of course, no base pay which is just scary
