Decent price for employees for products

Way too much wasted time with nothing to do, micro managed in every way, low earning, poor management, expect hourly pay unless you are REALLY LUCKY! Late hours, see only about 3-4 clients a day. Most won’t buy. 17 sales people on weekends! If you are looking for a fair place to grow, keep on looking!!! Must have tough skin to survive!

The pros for working there is the opportunities they offer as far as moving around. You can work in one department for a long time and then decide to move on to another department for the most part they were very flexible.

Cons

The biggest challenges where was getting promoted to manager or supervisor. They rather get someone off the streets rather than promoted within or if they did promoted within they would promoted someone with less experience.

Its a great company to work for. They pride themselves on customer service and quality merchandise. We are extremely competitive in the market. There is a great opportunity (for those willing to put the effort in) to make a very comfortable living.

Cons

It takes time to get the ball rolling. The first three months are challenging and there is a great deal of product knowledge that is necessary to perform the job.
