Good pay, normally get your full time hours or close to that even during the "off season" depending on the location. Incentive for each stop completed without issues.

Cons

The actual shifts are unpredictable and are typically poorly routed, which can turn into very long days. Each stop is timed, and there is about a 1:2 ratio to actual correctly reflected times to set up/deliver, i.e. takes about 30 minutes to set up a bed, time allotted for this is 20. Can easily put drivers behind. The trucks are preloaded, and sometimes out of order. Things can be minimally damaged before coming off the truck, sometimes very damaged. This ultimately counts against the driver, though he did not cause the damage.

Good POS system, office support was excellent.

Cons

Yoo many sales people on the floor, not enough opportunities to make a living. Weekends, particularly holiday weekends were excellent. Unfortunately lots of weekdays with too many sales people on the floor and not enough ups. Lots of issues with deliveries being damaged.
