Pros

Lots of agency given from the get go, working in some of the biggest sporting events in the world. Great for building confidence.

Cons

Sometimes it felt like I was giving it my all and it still wasn’t quite enough. Management make judgements on your capabilities based off of google chat conversations, leading to warped views of what both parties do. The salary is not competitive for what you’re expected to do, they will make you believe that you’re earning as much as they can pay you whilst they’re signing multi million pound contracts. Equipment maintenance is poor, i cant think of a football season where the company hasn’t experienced equipment breaking with lack of replacements leading to delivery of a poor quality product.
