      Benefits are free and pretty good

      Cons

      Toxic superintendents, will literally pay you the industry minimum and abuse you. They seem to intentionally make jobs harder than they need to be.

      Provided me with a work truck

      Cons

      Hours are uncertain, Hired to be a field engineer but ended up being a concrete road laborer. The head guy, TA, has bad management skills and doesn't care about a college degree. I never did anything related to engineering. I was hired for one thing but did something completely else.
