      Good bonuses and decent pention

      Politics are bad pay is low in comparison to the risks they will ask you to do superintendents will put you in harms way to make a buck if you are just a number don't believe they ever have your back or best interests at heart

      Hawkins has a great team of people! Their are a number of reasons why I love Hawkins, but our team has a genuine desire to strive for being the best in the business.

      Communication can be challenge at times, but it always seems to find a way to get worked out.
