Pros
Great company to work for! I would strongly recommend working for this company if you are looking for a place where hard work is rewarded. The owner and management do expect good work from their employees but in a supportive environment that wants to see you succeed. Management and CEO of the company are very friendly, open to suggestions in process improvements and often provide the training themselves for new employees.
Cons
Turn over is low for upper management (like I said it's a great place to work) so room to grow into high-level positions can be limited.
