Pros

Leadership opportunities Opportunities to grow professionally Co-workers are friendly & it doesn't always feel like it's just work - they do care. Our providers are great and do care for their patients!

Cons

A little disorganized at times Priorities can be difficult to manage when different departments demand certain tasks that conflict with the main priorities Communication can be off with leadership Compensation... it's okay.

Bonuses were good, technical support was amazing

Cons

The switch in leadership has left this company with poor administrative support ability for their full-time staff of providers. No longer is this a large private practice group. It is morphing and decaying into just another Community Mental Health Agency
