Pros

I have been with Headlight for almost two years and can say this is one of the best mental health companies I have ever worked for. Like most other mental health companies they have productivity expectations but you have the tools and autonomy to provide great clinical care.

Cons

Like other newer organizations we experience change.

Really strong work life balance.

Cons

Communication can be siloed at times. This can lead to breakdowns in process's or delays in execution. However, I do feel like this is actively getting worked on, so take that for what its worth.

Still in a start up and growth phase, so that comes with a lot of challenges and chaos.
