Pros

Working at Headlight has been a genuinely uplifting experience. I'm impressed with how the company prioritizes creating a culture where people feel supported, empowered, and able to thrive both professionally and personally. I also appreciate Headlight's mission and how they're tackling mental healthcare in a thoughtful and innovative way. It's a company I am proud to work for. They're growing fast and the future feels bright and full of opportunity.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and priorities sometimes shift. But it's good that leadership is transparent about the why behind changes and are always open to feedback.

Remote first workplace Amazing coworkers

Cons

Leadership isn't knowledgeable in the health care field. They are on to turn profit and then sell the company, just as their background shows. Toxic work environment, including favoritism, gaslighting employees, inequitable pay, and running employees into the ground.

Onboarding very short and not helpful, had to self teach system/education team had no patience Clinical leadership very slow (over a week) in responding to urgent issues. Clinicians not allowed to decide what type of patients they see based on expertise Recruitment promises not honored, ramping up daily is 8 +consecutive new patients with no bathroom breaks Frequent scheduling errors Leadership unreceptive to concerns so high turnover of providers
