Literally everything. They are like an inverted triangle. They do not have enough support staff but the field is HUGE and we have a million executives. The amount of work they expect to be completed in 8 hours by one person is impossible and when you bring up that you are swamped, drowning, cannot take on any more work, you are told that "they cannot understand why something that takes 2 minutes means you cannot complete your job." Well, if I am being asked to complete a task 50 times a day, and takes a total of 20 minutes, that's 1,000 minutes, or 16 hours. And that is just ONE task that is my responsibility. Not to mention the 15-20 or so other responsibilities that you have. The fact that the higher ups are so out of touch with their employees is beyond frustrating.
They have started this new "culture of accountability" but what it should really be is a "culture of accountability for some" because not everyone is held accountable to the same standards. If you are a favorite, then you get a free pass to do as you please. That tells me that they don't really care about their culture, although they have spent a fortune to implement this, but instead they care only for the perception of this culture. Those who get in the way of that perception are pushed out.
I wouldn't waste my time here. If you get in, you will spend every moment trying to get out.
