Knowing the company provides services that help people and help keep health costs down. Fantastic worklife balance. Flat organization- no red tape to make things happen, Team spirited culture.

Cons

As the business is growing exponentially, processes and metrics need to be implemented and embraced throughout the organization to reduce risk and maximize efficiencies.

Time flies because of how busy it is. There are no real pros for this company other than a learning experience

Cons

Micromanagement . Un-realistic metrics you have to meet. Raises are also based on the metrics. In reality, you will never get the raise you deserve . They underpay new hires. They force so much work on you because they know you will leave soon so they try to milk you starting at day 1. For every 5 claims people who quit, they only bring in 2 more. Worst company you will ever work for.
