Pay for contract wellness providers timeliness of payments Professionalism

Cons

Staffing for events could be better, as far as consistency in methods, with oreference given to those who hae been around a while and have demonstrated proper performance.

Pros

Good Parking, convenient suburban location, generous sized workstations, allot of very nice people work at HA, the building has adequate heating and air conditioning.

Cons

Benefit Specialists constantly rotating schedules are bad for normal family life. Unrealistic expectation on the amount of overtime requested or coerced into working. Very poor benefits package offered to employees. Inadequate group information available to assist members. Updated group information is frequently not available on HA systems.
