Pros
Can advance from any position, close-knit teams, constant support and feedback from supervisors, hire based on need for increased staffing, amazing training program, upper management provides multiple stress relievers and employee appreciation events during busy 4th quarter.
Cons
Departments are compartmentalized and have limited interaction and cohesiveness (the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing), more emphasis can be placed on quantity over quality, benefit package does not take own company's philosophy of wellness into account, much emphasis is put on metrics, at times to the detriment of other factors that contribute to output
