Mission is commendable. They sell that they are the "advocates" for their member company's employees, BUT after several years, they've become the same as the insurance companies that they are replacing for support. They've lost their souls.

Cons

Micromanagement at it's worst. Bullying, abusive management. It's a sweatshop. Employees are trapped due to the economy.

Some of the supervisors do not treat staff with respect. Supervisors are not given the authority to do their job without checking with higher up even on simple matter.
