Pros

Flexible, low stakes entry level job

Cons

Expected to do way more than what's in your job description. Also, classic call center where every minute is timed. Open enrollment is a hell scape

Pros

Contribute to helping people get a better understanding of their benefits and handle tasks they don't have time to do themselves.

Cons

Senior leaders need to listen and respect employees more. They at times imposed unrealistic expectations on employees without understanding the true responsibilities of the positions.

Pros

Remote-worked from home Selected my hours Monday-Friday Schedules

Cons

Unorganized Inconsistent information coming from supervisors. One supervisor would tell you to handle a call one way and another supervisor would tell you to handle that same call completely different. Lack of support with escalated calls. Supervisors would refuse to take escalated calls and tell you to handle it yourself. Job description was completely different than actual job duties.
