Poor management, leadership makes promises and does not follow through. Toxic executive leadership as well.

Certain co-workers were cool, good to work with.

Cons

New management came in, not knowing the industry at all, and tried to push bad policies on workers who had been there forever. Borderline harassing management. Laid off many good employees who tried to voice their valuable opinions on industry solutions.
