Cons

management plays favorites, will talk about you behind your back, and deliberately set you up for failure.

It is fun to do events and an enjoyable way to practice Nursing

Cons

Hard to schedule more than a couple events every once in a blue moon

Pros

They get you decent hotels. That’s about it.

Cons

No pay increase in 10 years They “pretend” to screw up your reimbursements, just to delay you in paying them Less and less work opportunities every year. I see them going under soon, if not purchased by another company. Would rather pay a less experienced worker a dollar less to work an event than pay a more talented, experienced worker a dollar more! Recruiters in my neighboring states give me no work, while other recruiters give me work 3 states away! It’s stupid! Per deim policy is ridiculous! You can’t eat out in Chicago 3 meals for $60….cmon!
