Please note that I immediately reached out to your department supervisor to learn more about the communication and work flow. They were not aware of a disconnect existing but we are actively working on improving this for you and your co-workers. Since you are a current employee, I always suggest bringing up concerns to your direct supervisor or HR so we can address any issues that exist.
