      Great place to work with lots of vacation time and flexible schedules available CO workers are the best part here.

      Cons

      Operations structure can be difficult to deal with. Company has yet to see its identity after a big purchase a few years ago

      Great company, people are so nice and welcoming. Just started on Monday and everyone has come over and introduced themselves. Training is going well!

      Pros

      Lots of employee engagement via free coffee, lunches, bonuses, salary increases, etc. It is a results driven company but fair. The people who work at Health Advocate are dedicated to the mission.

      Cons

      Very busy workplace. Continues to work on staffing levels.
