      Pros

      Amazing work/life balance that starts on day one. Full transparency between senior leadership and the staff. Very much a company that wants to hire the best and brightest and will pay above market value for the right people. Amazing additional benefits beyond the normal medical, dental and vision. A company that you can be proud to be a part of.

      Cons

      As a newer hire, the on boarding process was spread out over four days. This made for lots of downtime to start. Would have preferred it be two longer sessions, but overall nothing really bad to say about this company.

      Pros

      Health Catalyst, a leader in healthcare data systems, goes the extra mile. Having been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, Health Catalyst is miles above in placing a high value on their team members. You ARE family when you are a Health Catalyst team member.

      Cons

      I work outside the Salt Lake City corporate location, which makes building relationships across teams a bit more difficult.

Thank you also for the feedback regarding some of the challenges of being a remote team member, which for most of 2020 has included all of us!       Pros

      I have worked at Health Catalyst for 9months and I'm very pleased with the company and their exceptional leadership team. They have worked hard at understanding the role of RN Clinical Abstraction Specialist and what value we can bring to the company and how we assist in providing quality healthcare. Change is never easy but they made the transition from Banner Health employees to Health Catalyst employees almost seamless and provided an exciting opportunity for individual and company growth. Thank you for your continued support.
