      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Health Catalyst is really employee friendly. Work and home life are well balanced with many of the perks that catalyst has adopted. Great pay and benefits. The company really strives to make everyone feel welcome while growing at an unheard of rate. It is hard to keep up with all of the new hires but in all team meeting they are given an opportunity to introduce themselves to the company. The transparency between the C-level and other employees is amazing. I feel like I am aware of changes in the company and have a say in those changes as well.

      Cons

      The onboarding process was not very good when I first came on but I heard it has improved since then... If you aren't very good with time management work can pile up quickly.

      Pros

      Great place to work, very mission driven, I enjoy the people here.

      Cons

      Since it is a startup, there is more uncertainty here than you will find in other companies, but there is also more upside. Not so much a con as just something to be aware of when considering Health Catalyst.
